Ver Players recent annual charity concert has raised £2500 for Rennie Grove Hospice Care. It was a great night, everyone worked really hard to make it such a success both musically and as a fundraiser for the wonderful work Rennie Grove do. We would also like to thank local businesses who donated raffle prizes, and Fonthill House Care Home that made a very generous donation towards our fantastic £2500 total.

Doreen Beattie (left) collected the cheque on behalf of Rennie Grove Hospice Care, and thanked all the ukulele players, telling them how much their work of providing medical teams and complimentary services to those diagnosed with life-limiting illness is dependent on the support and generosity of local people.
