Practising for Ukes for UNICEF February 2016
Well done all, it was a lot of fun, and in total the event raised over £4000 for UNICEF.
Ver Players Big Ukulele Benefit Concert Saturday 3rd October in aid of our local mental health charity: MIND IN MID HERTS was a great success!
We presented Mind in Mid Herts with a big cheque for £7500 at the Courtyard Café on Saturday 21st November.
We had a lot of fun at the www.sonofsid.co.uk beer festival again this year, providing our brand of ukulele entertainment on Friday night!

Ver Players were asked to perform at Sarah and Steven’s wedding at St Michael’s Manor on 9th August. It was a wonderful day, the wedding party loved our performance, and we got great feedback from the mother of the bride.
Ver Players are a friendly ukulele group based in St Albans. We meet on the 2nd Sunday of each month at The Rose & Crown, St Michael’s, open to all levels. We also run workshops and provide one to one ukulele lessons.
The Ver Players performing group can be booked for every occasion.
