Ver Players wish everyone a Happy Christmas and New Year!
We’ve had a lot of fun in the last few weeks playing the festive favourites along with less familiar songs and carols, accompanied by a host of ukulele players.
Here’s a flavour of what we’ve been up to from our final sing-along at the lovely Courtyard Café.
Xmas Dates
10th December – 7pm at the Hare & Hounds
14th December – 5.15pm in the Tipi at the Christmas Market next to the Abbey
23rd December – Noon at the Courtyard Café
A ukulele tribute for Prince
Our impromptu version of ‘Kiss’ by Prince, at our April practise session. We’ll do a few more of his songs at our regular get-together at the Hare & Hounds on 8th May (see events top right).
Valentine’s Special
