Yes, I thought the wear was amazing. I’m visualising they hammer out “Hare Krishna, Hare Hare…” for hours on end, day after day – marvellous!

You’re right, I saw that too… Thumb over the top is unusual, but not unknown I think… Guitarists use the thumb to play the bass string a lot, I reckon he probably played the guitar before the uke beckoned!
On one string yes, but three!
