Please note this is work in progress and is not finished.
On a standard uke, re-entrant tuned the notes on the neck are as follows:
A ||A#Bb|B |C |C#Db|D |D#Eb| E |F |F#Gb|G |G#Ab|A
This is on the first string, the A string, closest to the floor
# means sharp, b means flat. After the 12th fret the sequence repeats.
|| indicates the nut, the letter to the left indicates the note the open string gives when plucked.
The whole neck would look like this:
A ||A#Bb|B |C |C#Db|D |D#Eb|E |F |F#Gb|G |G#Ab|A |
E ||F |F#Gb|G |G#Ab|A |A#Bb|B |C |C#Db|D |D#Eb|E |
C ||C#Db|D |D#Eb|E |F |F#Gb|G |G#Ab|A |A#Bb |B |C |
G ||G#Ab|A |A#Bb|B |C |C#Db|D |D#Eb|E |F |F#Gb|G |
So if you play the 1st fret on the A string you play A# or Bb, if you play all strings whilst holding the first fret on the A string you get the C7 chord.
